As long as I can remember, I’ve had this conflict within me. Thoughts have flown through my mind, most of which I’ve had no control over.
The brain is a fascinating subject. It is the reason why we are who are; how we express ourselves, how we process information, how we remember, how we think. Keep in mind, the brain actually named itself ‘the brain’. Mind fuck? Yeah. My brain just masturbated.

I’ve been getting quite the messages lately. Young artists asking me to play their music, check it out, help promote them…or just advice in general. I am not a promoter and am nowhere near being the best resource for information, but I can help point in the right direction. Most don’t necessarily know my past; my creative history, the paths we’ve chosen and the mistakes we’ve made.

Destruction is easier than Structure. – Me, in the midst of a rant on my failures.
You’ve brought me much joy. Bagel. Butter. Cheese. Appetite. Munchies.
Late night munchies, filled with random concoctions from this eclectic kitchen of ours. I usually end up with a Nutella/Cream Cheese bagel or cheese slices in a bagel for a quick fix. Then come the chocolates, the candies, the cookies and the pastries. If it’s early enough then burgers, poutines and pizza are at my disposal.

So I figured, if I’ll be maintaining a blog-style site for the podcast, then a Journal section is probably a good idea. I’m thinking I’ll be writing down my thoughts, experiences, current day-to-day life stories. Also, this is a great place to share my thoughts or expand on them after an episode.
